If you need to connect to your class via Teams, and you have already downloaded, installed, and opened Teams on your device, you can access your class’ team by clicking the Teams button in the left-hand navigation bar (or in the bottom navigation bar on your smartphone). Once you have selected the Teams button, you will be able to see any teams that you are a part of.

Teams stores it’s files in SharePoint, each Team has a SharePoint site, each channel is a folder. You can get there by pressing Open In SharePoint in the Teams files tab. Once you are in SharePoint you can select multiple files and folders, then download them as one big . zip file.

To help you better, I make it to these three steps to make my previous posts easier to understand:

1. Select the PDF file in the Teams. And it will show the loading circle still.

2. Exit Teams and open the download management center in my phone’s system settings. And I found the PDF file there, stuck in downloading process.

3. I choose the file and download it again, it can be downloaded into my phone’s local file. And I can view it then.
