 8hr sleep. Just do it. Just go to bed early. Your body needs rest. Your head will be much clearer after just 3 nights of good sleep.

 A piece of fruit 3x a day incl. at least one apple. If you have not already done so you will be amazed at how much you have missed out on food so far. Sleep better and feel better all day.

Of course, there are other habits you should build like regular exercise, meditation, and so on … but these three will have a huge impact and need to be almost zero.
